Peter Reynolds

Peter has served as Chief Financial Officer at AEON Biopharma since September 2022. He has over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare, Medical Device, and Life Sciences sectors. Peter has served in CFO/Senior Finance roles with Publicly traded, privately held and Private Equity backed companies where he has led the accounting, SEC reporting, treasury, and financial planning & analysis groups. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. Peter is a CPA and spent 10 years in public accounting primarily with Ernst & Young. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University.
